A brutally honest review
I recently tried to read Equilux after having taken a longer break working on other projects and OMG does it suck 🙃, some of the visuals and designs are cool but the dialogue and exposition are ridiculously verbose, totally unnatural sentence lengths in conversations, not an enjoyable read at all, didn't even make it through the first issue, checked some later issues to make sure it wasn't just a first issue problem and the whole thing is borderline unreadable, don't see any point in continuing with the work on issue 13 without a major rework of everything from the start, so that's it for now
Leaving these 12 issues up as a cringe-tastic example of pre-AI human-slop art to inspire you to write better 🤗
Don't expect the remake anytime soon but there is a 164 issue story planned for these characters and I intend to tell it a lot better the next time round
Equilux will be continued but we'll be starting over from issue one again
